Donald Trump’s verbal threat to destroy Iranian civilization, and send that nation back to the Stone Age, is the most reckless, dangerous utterance ever expressed by any American President. For any President to threaten mass murder and genocide, a war crime, is not something that can be seen as a “slip of the tongue”!

There is no forgiveness possible for this, as clearly, beyond any doubt, we have an unhinged, unstable, out of control, demented, dangerous demagogue who has control over nuclear weapons, and could destroy not only Iran, but the entire world in a moment of lunacy and out of touch with reality.

Every effort must be taken to force Trump out of office, as occurred with Richard Nixon in 1974.

It is clear that many people around Trump realize he is unstable, and there is dissent behind the scenes, including JD Vance and Tulsi Gabbard on the Iran War, but also others that quietly realize how dangerous Trump is.

Democrats and right wing Republicans that have spoken out on Trump’s horrendous behavior must work incessantly to bring pressure to force use of the 25th Amendment, and put the nation ahead of personal loyalty.

Marjorie Taylor Greene, Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, Alex Jones, Megyn Kelly, Laura Loomer, Nick Fuentes—all horrendous, obscene individuals, and others like them—have condemned the Iran War and Trump’s rhetoric, and a few Congressional Republicans, Thomas Massie, Don Bacon, Ron Johnson as three examples, have spoken out as well.

Pressure must be brought on the entirety of Congressional Republicans and the Trump Cabinet, led by Vice President JD Vance, to do what is right, and it would, likely, help them in tough Congressional races.

But the future of the nation and survival of democracy requires courage and principle above personal considerations, on the level of those Congressional Republicans, led by Senator Barry Goldwater of Arizona, Senator Hugh Scott of Pennsylvania, and Congressman John Rhodes of Arizona, who pushed Richard Nixon to leave office in August 1974!

What seemed evident has occurred, as Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel have this morning waged war on Iran, throwing the Mideast into chaos, and endangering stability of not only that area, but also the entire world, and also, endangering American national security itself!

Negotiations were going on with Iran, which was having discussions with Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff, neither officially in the government, to prevent them from trying to develop nuclear power that could, in theory, but without substance, someday lead to nuclear weapons. So what is clear is that “Regime Change” is the goal of this military intervention.

But all of a sudden, war is waged in the midst of the negotiations, and it seems clear it is designed to take pressure off Donald Trump regarding the “Epstein Files”, with the growing indication that Trump engaged in rape and abuse of underage girls over the years with the support of the despicable Jeffrey Epstein and his accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell.

Trump did not go to Congress to gain backing for what he is doing, violating the War Powers Act, and he has demonstrated that his earlier professed “isolationist” views on foreign policy in his first term, have now been obliterated as he has proved to be an extreme aggressor in his year and more of his second term, including:

removing Nicolas Maduro of Venezuela without allowing opposition leaders to replace him;

threatened seizure of Greenland from Denmark;

has spoken of retaking the Panama Canal from Panama despite the Panama Canal Treaty that gave it back to Panama in the year 2000;

talked about Canada becoming the “51st State”;

has waged tariff wars against all nations, and in so doing, alienated our NATO allies and our Asian allies;

and has been belligerent toward international organizations, including the United Nations, but also so many other groups.

This development can be seen as promoting the goal of Trump to rally American “patriots” in support, and therefore, allow him to insure that his Republican Party, with the additional plan for action to interfere in the Midterm Elections of 2026, insure that the Democratic Party would be unable to gain control of either house of Congress. That would guarantee that Trump’s determination to control absolute power escalates ever more.

What is perfectly clear is that the war waged on Iran will not resolve itself in the short term, will not be equivalent of a Venezuela situation, and likely will require combat troops in the Middle East once again, at potential great cost of life on all sides including Americans, and will be a massive budget buster, harming our long range economic outlook.

So what millions of Americans did by electing Donald Trump, demonstrates how short sighted, lacking in knowledge, and often pure ignorance they were. So the long term battle for America for the long term, the battle for democracy and the rule of law, suffers ever further!

On Christmas Day, seen as a new beginning by hundreds of millions of people in America and worldwide, it is a time for reflection on what America and the world have experienced in the past year of Donald Trump’s Presidency.

The list of outrages and illegalities and abuses that Donald Trump has promoted in the first year of his second term warrants a response that is decisive.

Trump’s deranged lunatic behavior has undermined American domestic and foreign policy, and presents a dire threat to American democracy, the rule of law, and international order.

Trump clearly is demented, and displays it daily in a multitude of ways, and every imaginable utterance and action only escalates to further alarm all sensible people, including many who failed to see the danger that he represented, but who now realize the threat that he presents.

But the 25th Amendment provides a method to remove Trump as mentally incompetent and dangerous, and while the elevation of Vice President JD Vance is not welcomed, as he is no Gerald Ford, it can be believed that his rise to the Presidency, while far from ideal, would represent a fresh start.

The belief is that Vance would wish to offer a new beginning, backing away from the worst atrocities of speech and action of Donald Trump.

The thought that Trump, with power over nuclear weapons, could ignite a nuclear war is horrifying, and despite what seems like total loyalty and sycophancy of the Trump Cabinet, it seems reasonable to believe that action could be taken, with the pressure brought by Republicans in Congress, who have shown growing discontent with the Trump Presidency, likely to increase in 2026.

As part of the NO KINGS Marches, which will escalate in 2026, the American people must bring pressure on the Trump Cabinet and the Republican Party, in unity with Democrats, to remove Donald Trump from office, similar to what happened with Richard Nixon a half century ago!

After taking a day off from commentary to celebrate my birthday, back to the horrors of the Trump Presidency, and its impact on the nation and the world!

A shocking series of interviews over a year between Donald Trump’s White House Chief of Staff, Suzie Wiles, and journalist Chris Whipple, reveals just how unstable Donald Trump is, and how his close advisers are also to be seen as dangerous to American domestic and foreign policy. Wiles tells us that Trump is “like an alcoholic” in behavior, even though Trump does not drink! Think about what that is saying about the man who has control of nuclear weapons!

This was followed by a lunatic speech by Donald Trump last night, full of lies and mistruths, truly a sign that Trump lives in his own reality, blaming everything on Joe Biden, and claiming the economy is in great shape, when all indications are just the opposite. He was yelling at the American people in his fast talking speech, blaming them for not believing what he says, according to public opinion polls.

And then, Trump has added nasty comments to portraits of the Presidents in the White House, focusing on Joe Biden, Barack Obama, and BIll Clinton, and has just had the personally selected Kennedy Center board rename it the Trump-Kennedy Center!

All these situations are further proof that the nation and the world are in great danger as long as bombastic narcissist Donald Trump sits in the White House, making lunatic statements, and being encouraged by his evil advisers, who do what they want, and he goes along, mostly out of ignorance and malice!

Tragic Death Of Rob And Michelle Reiner Demonstrates How Mentally Ill Donald Trump Is, And The Need For Him To Be Removed!

The tragic murder of Rob and Michelle Reiner is a human tragedy of massive proportions, and the fact they were murdered by their son using a knife, makes it so personal and horrendous beyond belief.

Rob Reiner and his wife were both creative and beautiful people, who cared about justice, humanity, decency, compassion, and the promotion of progressive causes.

At a time of a tragedy as horrible as this, however, President Donald Trump had to act in a totally trashy manner, condemning Rob Reiner in outrageous and contemptuous terms, demonstrating just how mentally ill and unstable he is.

Donald Trump should now be removed from office, as he is a threat not only to the American people, but to the world at large.

Clearly, he is showing signs of mental instability and early dementia, and is unfit to be in charge of nuclear weapons!

Russian War On Ukraine, The Beginning Of What Could Become World War III! :(

In the last 24 hours, Russia has gone to war against Ukraine, what could be the beginning of World War III! 🙁

While the United States will not send combat troops into Ukraine to help that nation, the fear is real that Vladimir Putin and the Russian Federation will see the occupation of Ukraine as the first step to dismantle the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), which has taken in 15 nations that were once part of the Soviet orbit before 1991!

Four of these nations in NATO border on the Russian Federation, while others border on Ukraine.

Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia have direct boundaries with Russia, and Rumania, Slovakia, and Hungary border on Ukraine.

American combat troops would be required to intervene if any NATO nation is attacked, and the danger of nuclear weapons is also a major concern.

Also, with the Russian seizure of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster site in the first day of the Ukraine-Russia war, the danger of leakage of nuclear radiation is a real threat to the entire European continent.

So we are entering a major change in Europe, the greatest since World War II ended in 1945!

The Most Dangerous Time Since September 11, 2001 Is Between Now And January 20!

Anyone with a brain and concern about the state of affairs in America today is holding their breath as we enter the most dangerous time in America since September 11, 2001, between now and January 20!

The Pearl Harbor attack on December 7, 1941 and the attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on September 11, 2001 were the most shocking moments experienced by anyone alive today, but there was no foreboding, and the same with the Kennedy Assassination on November 22, 1963.

But literally, America is “sitting on a ticking time bomb”, far worse than even the Cuban Missile Crisis that went on for 13 days in October 1962, as even at that moment, there was hope that sane, stable leadership in the Oval Office and the Kremlin would prevent nuclear war.

But now, we have an unhinged, mentally deranged President, who is desperate, cornered, and unpredictable, and could start a war or unleash nuclear weapons, or call for his crazed followers to start attacks on government locations all over the nation, and the country is ill prepared to be able to deal with that!

Donald Trump being banned from social media makes him ever more dangerous, as time ticks off over 12 more days, as Mike Pence refuses to work with the Cabinet to remove the President under the 25th Amendment, Section 4, and Mitch McConnell says any impeachment trial if the House of Representatives under House Speaker Nancy Pelosi votes to impeach, would not begin until January 19!

This is pure insanity, and the thought that Donald Trump would copy the behavior of Richard Nixon in 1974, and resign, seems highly unlikely to occur.

So the nation is in danger, as the clock ticks minute by minute, and one has to wonder what will happen to the American nation before the scheduled inauguration of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on January 20!

As Georgia Votes For Two Senators Tomorrow, Donald Trump Commits Impeachable, Criminal Act!

The Georgia runoff elections are taking place on Tuesday, just as Donald Trump has been committing impeachable, and criminal acts, trying to force the Georgia Secretary of State and the Georgia Governor, both Republicans, to “fix” the election results in a vain attempt to deny Joe Biden the Electoral College victory he won nine weeks ago.

Listening to the hour long tape of his phone call to the Georgia state officials is shocking, and demonstrates how Trump is conducting himself as if he is a Mafia Chief, with no limits, and demonstrates the danger he presents to the nation!

The Biden victory has been affirmed in about 60 court cases, including two before the Supreme Court, which includes three Trump appointees.

It is clear that Donald Trump is obsessive compulsive, and unwilling to accept defeat, and is living in an alternate world reality!

He is violating his oath of office, and endangering the nation in a multitude ways, and should be impeached immediately by the House of Representatives, despite the reality that there is no way to have an impeachment trial, but for the record of history!

Trump also needs to face criminal indictment once he leaves office, and not just for financial corruption in New York State and New York City, but for massive abuse of power!

The danger with 16 days to go is that Trump is assaulting American democracy, the Constitution, and rule of law, and could, in theory, start a war with Iran; or try to use nuclear weapons; or order his right wing lunatic followers (The Proud Boys) to provoke violence, which may come on January 6 and after, including Inauguration Day, January 20!

The idea that 13 Republican Senators and 140 Republican Congressmen are still tied to Trump, and planning to disrupt the Electoral College vote on Wednesday, presents a crisis unseen before in American history, with a President who is totally unhinged mentally!

“The Forgotten War” 70 Years Later: Still An Area Of Danger And Concern

On this day, June 25, 1950, 70 years ago, the Korean War began as Communist North Korea invaded the Republic of South Korea.

It is often termed “the forgotten war”, as many Americans seem to think, due to poor education, that Vietnam was the major war right after World War II, highly regrettable that so few know of the sacrifices of American soldiers in that horrid conflict.

The United Nations, under American leadership of 21 nations, entered the war under the US authorization of President Harry Truman, although it was an undeclared war, never subject to Congressional vote, and instead was termed “a police action”.

Some have argued it was an “illegal war”, and that it started the abuse of power of Presidents in sending troops overseas in foreign conflicts, including the Vietnam War, the Persian Gulf War, the Afghanistan War, the Iraq War, and many other interventions, often not even known or paid attention to by American news media.

The Korean Conflict, which seems as a more appropriate name since it was not a declared war, went on until there was an armistice on July 27, 1953, and in those 37 months, over 33,000 Americans were killed, and many thousand of more troops wounded. The conflict has never resulted in a peace treaty.

About three million people died in that conflict, the majority of whom were civilians, and it was the deadliest conflict in east Asia, more than the Vietnam War or the Chinese Civil War. All of the major cities of the Korean peninsula, both in North and South Korea, were laid waste, and families were divided permanently for many decades.

The same Communist government that started the war has gone through three generations of leadership–grandfather, father, and now son, and Kim Jong Un seems on the road to provoking a new war with South Korea, which has become very democratic and prosperous.

Every American President has been dogged by the problem of the Korean peninsula, but now even Donald Trump has been bested by the North Korean dictatorship, and it seems likely that Kim Jong Un could be a threat not only to South Korea, but to Japan, and to American territories in Guam and the state of Hawaii, and the entire Pacific Coast of the United States. His development of nuclear weapons makes North Korea a potential threat over time even to the east coast of the United States, including Washington DC and New York City as the key targets, as was the case for Osama bin Laden on September 11, 2001.

So when Joe Biden, God willing, becomes the 46th President in January 2021, he will face the daunting task of, hopefully, preventing a new war, whether nuclear or conventional.

The Korean War Veterans Memorial in Washington DC deserves every American visiting, and reflecting on the losses and damage done in the name of saving South Korea from becoming part of a united Communist dictatorship, but the future is gloomy.

The Trump Policy Toward Kim Jong Un Leading To Acceptance Of North Korea As A Nuclear Power

It looks as if President Donald Trump is on the road to acceptance of North Korea as a nuclear power.

There are rumors that Trump will accept the status of North Korea with its nuclear stockpile, but with a pledge that they not develop it any further.

That is a total joke, as there will be no way to monitor or prevent Kim Jong Un from breaking such an agreement.

It will be further proof that Donald Trump is a weak person, who gives in to vanity and praise, and is undermining the security of South Korea and Japan in so doing.

Trump is so easily manipulated by authoritarians, including Kim Jong Un, Vladimir Putin, and Mohammed Bin Salman, and it is to the detriment of American foreign policy long term.
