Donald Trump Reaction On Tuesday Night, November 8, Crucial For Civil Order And Stability: What Will He Say And Do?

Tuesday night, the Donald Trump reaction to his impending defeat will be crucial for civil order and stability.

The question is what he will say and do, as it will make a dramatic difference on the future.

Will he be statesmanlike and concede defeat in a dignified way, as all previous Presidential election losers have done?

Or will he stir animosity and encourage civil disorder, chaos, anarchy, and violence?

If he does the latter, there is only one answer, to hold him accountable, as he is not above the law!

If he “shouts fire in a crowded theater when there is no fire”, he must be summarily charged with inciting revolution and disorder, and be arrested, charged, and convicted, and pay the price!

Trump has escaped prosecution for his many violations of the law, but now it is time to pay up for his crimes, if he causes disruption of the body politic!

Hopefully, he will recognize that his historical reputation, already in tatters, can be rehabilitated somewhat if he acts like a gentleman and a good loser.

But do NOT hold your breath expecting that, as you are likely to be disappointed!

Early Voting In 37 States, But Should Be In All States In Future!

37 states have allowed early voting, while 13 have not, and that is wrong, and must change in the future.

The states that do not have early voting include:

Alabama
Connecticut
Delaware
Michigan
New Hampshire
Pennsylvania
Rhode Island

Six others allow absentee voting only on an early basis

Kentucky
Mississippi
Missouri
New York
South Carolina
Virginia

At the same time, three states have all mail voting–Colorado, Oregon, Washington.

It is time for ALL states to allow early voting, and there should be encouragement for all mail voting, as the most efficient system of all.

Requiring everyone to show up on Election Day is outdated, and difficult for many, with limited hours, long lines at the end of a day at work, and possible bad weather conditions, as well as difficulties for those with disabilities.

Time to modernize our voting system to encourage everyone to vote, and make it easy to vote!

Demonization and Polarization Gone Amuck: The Attacks On Hillary Clinton

The demonization and polarization that has developed around Hillary Clinton has gone amuck!

No public figure has been put through so much character assassination and disrespect as the dignified, courageous next President of the United States.

She has been accused of corruption, malfeasance, and every crime that any sick, demented person can conjure up.

She has faced the most dangerous and mentally unstable opponent in all of American history, but has refused to get down into the gutter with Donald Trump.

She faces the likelihood of possible investigation and impeachment by vengeful, despicable Republicans, but she will emerge with her grace and reputation unsullied, except by the lowest scum imaginable in the extremist right wing party that the Republicans have become.

She will fight tooth and nail for the American people, and will continue the great work of the 44th President, Barack Obama, who has campaigned for her like no previous President has done for his designated successor of his party.

A great moment is coming on Tuesday night, probably by 11 pm, and the decent people in America will rejoice in the election of the first woman President of the United States, and the 45th President!

Donald Trump Delusional: North Carolina, Florida, Nevada, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Colorado, Michigan, Wisconsin, Virginia All Gone

Donald Trump is totally delusional, running all over the nation, claiming he is winning, when it is assured he will lose big time in tomorrow’s election!

Trump seems to think he will win North Carolina, Florida, Nevada, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Colorado, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Virginia, but they are all gone!

Trump will have trouble keeping “Red” states, including Arizona, Utah, and even Texas, and is assured to lose North Carolina, which went for Barack Obama in 2008 but for Mitt Romney in 2012.

Trump will have to keep all “Red” states, and win all “Swing” states too, or take a “Blue” state, and anyone who is betting on all that is a fool!

The surging Latino vote and women’s vote insures that Trump will lose Florida, and that will be, effectively, the end of the election before November 8 ends!

Grand Rapids: Donald Trump Is NOT Gerald Ford, And Michigan Will NOT Go To Republican Party, And Hillary Clinton Visit Insures That!

Donald Trump visited Grand Rapids, Michigan a few days ago, in a desperate attempt to win that state’s electoral votes, the state of Gerald Ford, our 38th President.

Hillary Clinton will visit it today, Monday, in her last full day of Presidential campaigning.

There is no debate that Gerald Ford, a decent man, a moderate conservative Republican, a principled President who is too often underrated, would NOT endorse Donald Trump, were he alive, any more than a whole slew of Republicans, alive and dead–including George H. W. Bush, George W. Bush, Colin Powell, Mitt Romney, Lindsey Graham and innumerable others who are living, and such past Republicans as Barry Goldwater, Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, along with Ford.

Donald Trump could not walk in the shoes of Gerald Ford, and one can be sure his wife Betty would be leading the denunciation of misogynist, sexist, sexual abuser Donald Trump!

Donald Trump is a total disaster for the Republican Party and its heritage, and one can be sure that Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, and Dwight D. Eisenhower are sobbing right now at what has happened to their party!

Most Significant Issue Of Entire Campaign: The Supreme Court Future And A Democratic Majority US Senate!

No more important issue is on the plate for this election year than the Supreme Court future, tied into a Democratic Majority US Senate!

The Republicans have made it clear that if Hillary Clinton wins the Presidency, but the Republicans retain the control of the Senate, that NO Supreme Court nominee will be confirmed, and in fact, not even considered in hearings.

This is totally unacceptable, and cannot be allowed to occur for the next four years, as effectively, that is destroying the whole purpose of the separation of powers and constitutional government!

The Supreme Court has been Republican majority since 1972, and finally, the tipping point to a Democratic and more progressive/liberal Court is in the offing.

Such issues as the following could end up before the Court in the next four years:

Abortion
Affirmative Action
Campaign Finance
Class Action Suits
Climate Change
Contraception
Gun Rights
Immigration Reform
LGBTQ Rights
ObamaCare
Redistricting
Unions
Voter ID Laws
Voting Rights

Why Hillary Clinton Will Win On Election Day: Ten Key Factors

The ten factors that will insure that Hillary Clinton will win the Presidency on Tuesday are as follows:

The strong support of the Latino community across America, including all groups, even Cuban Americans in large numbers, who will react to the racism and nativism of Donald Trump.

The strong support of women across America, who refuse to accept the misogyny and sexual aggressiveness of Donald Trump.

The strong support of African Americans, who can see Donald Trump’s racism for what it is, disgraceful.

The strong support of college educated people, who do not wish to put an ignoramus in office, who appeals to bigotry and prejudice.

The strong support of Independents who are horrified by the authoritarian tendencies of Donald Trump.

The strong support of Asian Americans, a growing group, who are alarmed by white supremacists who back Donald Trump, and fully remember what happened to Japanese Americans in World War II.

The strong support of those who believe in labor rights, the environment, civil liberties, and preserving the virtues of the New Deal and Great Society.

The strong support of those who wish to preserve the great gains of the Obama Presidency, and promote his legacy.

The strong support of Millennials, who are oriented in great percentages toward progressive goals.

The strong support of principled conservatives and Republicans who are terrified at the thought of a demagogue named Donald Trump doing great harm to American democracy.

Donald Trump is, without question, the most dangerous major party Presidential nominee in American history–ill informed, terrible judgment, bad temperament, a believer in conspiracy theories, crooked and corrupt, immoral and unethical, reckless and authoritarian, who represents the worst elements in American society!
