Trump’s All Time Awful Week: Chris Christie View!

Donald Trump had his all time “worst” week, according to Chris Christie, former New Jersey Governor.

He demonstrated no empathy over the murder of Rob Reiner and his wife by their son, because Reiner was a sharp critic.

He changed the name of the Kennedy Center, named after the assassinated President, to the Trump-Kennedy Center.

He gave the most extreme, crazy, frenetic speech at the White House, full of lies and ranting about his so called “accomplishments”, and lying incessantly.

He changed the plaques of the Presidents that are in the Colonnade of the White House, adding nasty personal comments and inaccuracies about his most recent predecessors, Joe Biden, Barack Obama, George W. Bush, and Bill Clinton.

The disaster that is Donald Trump is becoming worse, more degraded weekly, a tragedy for America!

One Year Into Second Trump Term, And Speculation About 2028 For Republicans Begins

The most controversial first year of any Presidency is coming to an end, and already, speculation is rampant about who will be the Republican nominee in 2028.

While Donald Trump has talked at times about defying the 22nd Amendment, which limits Presidents to two elected terms, reality is he is NOT going to run in 2018, and might not even be in office, with the clear signs of his declining mental and physical health.

Already, Erica Kirk, the widow of the assassinated Charlie Kirk of the conservative organization, Turning Point USA, has openly endorsed Vice President JD Vance for the Republican nomination, even though Vance says he is not thinking about the future at this point.

Of course, the odds that JD Vance will succeed to the Presidency before the election seems quite likely. But even if he does, it is not clear that the field of potential Republican Presidential contenders would disappear.

So other than Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio would be considered the next most likely nominee, followed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

But there are others as well, including Texas Senator Ted Cruz, outgoing Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin, Kentucky Senator Rand Paul, and Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton.

First Session Of 119th Congress Ends, Leaving Millions Without Health Care Coverage!

The 119th Congress, First Session, has ended with the reality that the Affordable Care Act (Obama Care) has been gutted, with up to 22 million Americans left without health care coverage, a major tragedy.

Many of these Americans have serious health conditions, and now are in an impossible situation, leading to the reality that many will die as a result.

What the Republican dominated Congress has perpetrated is to abandon millions of Americans in their mad quest to give further tax cuts to people who do not need them.

Even Mitt Romney, the 2012 Presidential nominee of the Republican Party, has now come out for taxing millionaires, reversing his campaign back in 2012 against President Barack Obama, which contributed to his defeat.

With a growing oligarchy of super wealthy people, the nation is in dire financial straits that denies people a basic human right to health care.

European countries and Canada, and many other nations elsewhere, provide national health insurance, and yet, Republicans and Donald Trump have no concern about the welfare of those less fortunate, who are dependent on what was passed into law in 2010.

If it was up to the mean, nasty Republicans, they would look to eliminate Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security over time, goals the party has had since the 1930s and 1960s.

So this is a time where Americans have to come to grips that the Republican Party is only concerned about the elite top ten percent, and every effort has to be made to insure Democrats take over Congress, and start to take action against the evils of Donald Trump and his Cabinet Officers!

At End Of First Year Of Second Separate Term, Donald Trump “47” Ranks Lower Than “45”, And Below James Buchanan And Andrew Johnson In Presidential Rankings!

America has had 45 Presidents, and Grover Cleveland and Donald Trump have had separate Presidential terms after being defeated, so therefore, Cleveland is both the 22nd and 24th President, and Trump is both the 45th and 47th President.

With nearly a year completed of Trump 47, it is clear to anyone who judges Presidential leadership that Donald Trump 47 is far worse than Trump 45, and clearly below both James Buchanan 15 and Andrew Johnson 17, the Presidents before and after Abraham Lincoln 16, with certainty.

Trump 45 has been both ranked above Buchanan and Johnson, and at times, below, but now there is no contest with Trump 47.

Trump 45 had some Cabinet and other advisers who were able, to some extent, control his urges, and prevent the worst policies imaginable, but Trump 47 has no such individuals who can tame his destructive and unstable desires and actions.

So Trump 47, added to Trump 45, is without any debate, the absolutely worse President in American history, no debate or doubts, if for no other reason than both Buchanan and Johnson served one term and all but six weeks of one term, respectively.

So many outrages and mind blowing statements and actions on a daily basis leave America in danger of autocracy being established in such a way that American democracy and the rule of law are in dire straits.

Any sane person who is not racist, misogynist, nativist, Islamophobic, or a sympathizer with Russia and other autocracies, can perceive anything decent or reasonable coming from Donald Trump 47.

His Cabinet Officers and other advisors are the most horrendous, corrupt, and obscene group ever created, and his administration is the most corrupt in every way imaginable, far more than Richard Nixon.

There are no perceivable redeeming qualities one can acknowledge, and the thought of another three years of this monstrosity, whether or not Donald Trump survives that long, is an absolute horror.

With Richard Nixon, the thought of Spiro Agnew as a possible successor was evaded, thankfully, and we had a decent alternative in Gerald Ford, but one cannot be optimistic about JD Vance, based on his actions and utterances as Vice President, that he would improve upon or abandon the policies of Donald Trump!

After taking a day off from commentary to celebrate my birthday, back to the horrors of the Trump Presidency, and its impact on the nation and the world!

A shocking series of interviews over a year between Donald Trump’s White House Chief of Staff, Suzie Wiles, and journalist Chris Whipple, reveals just how unstable Donald Trump is, and how his close advisers are also to be seen as dangerous to American domestic and foreign policy. Wiles tells us that Trump is “like an alcoholic” in behavior, even though Trump does not drink! Think about what that is saying about the man who has control of nuclear weapons!

This was followed by a lunatic speech by Donald Trump last night, full of lies and mistruths, truly a sign that Trump lives in his own reality, blaming everything on Joe Biden, and claiming the economy is in great shape, when all indications are just the opposite. He was yelling at the American people in his fast talking speech, blaming them for not believing what he says, according to public opinion polls.

And then, Trump has added nasty comments to portraits of the Presidents in the White House, focusing on Joe Biden, Barack Obama, and BIll Clinton, and has just had the personally selected Kennedy Center board rename it the Trump-Kennedy Center!

All these situations are further proof that the nation and the world are in great danger as long as bombastic narcissist Donald Trump sits in the White House, making lunatic statements, and being encouraged by his evil advisers, who do what they want, and he goes along, mostly out of ignorance and malice!

Tragic Death Of Rob And Michelle Reiner Demonstrates How Mentally Ill Donald Trump Is, And The Need For Him To Be Removed!

The tragic murder of Rob and Michelle Reiner is a human tragedy of massive proportions, and the fact they were murdered by their son using a knife, makes it so personal and horrendous beyond belief.

Rob Reiner and his wife were both creative and beautiful people, who cared about justice, humanity, decency, compassion, and the promotion of progressive causes.

At a time of a tragedy as horrible as this, however, President Donald Trump had to act in a totally trashy manner, condemning Rob Reiner in outrageous and contemptuous terms, demonstrating just how mentally ill and unstable he is.

Donald Trump should now be removed from office, as he is a threat not only to the American people, but to the world at large.

Clearly, he is showing signs of mental instability and early dementia, and is unfit to be in charge of nuclear weapons!

Even the White House Chief of Staff Suzie Wiles has made clear that Trump is acting like an alcoholic, even though Trump does not drink!

What else is needed to say that it is time for Trump to be forced out of office against his will, as a threat to all mankind!

Brown University Massacre Reminds Us Of Sandy Hook 2012 And Marjorie Stoneman Douglas 2018 Mass Murders: Dire Need For Stronger Gun Regulations Revives!

The Brown University Massacre this past weekend reminds us of the Sandy Hook Elementary School Massacre of December 14, 2012 in Newtown, Connecticut, and the Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School Massacre in Parkland, Florida on February 14, 2018.

The Sandy Hook Massacre resulted in the deaths of 20 children and 6 staff members, and the Marjorie Stoneman Douglas Massacre led to the death of 17 people and wounding of 18 others.

Also, the Uvalde, Texas Robb Elementary School Massacre on May 24, 2022 led to the deaths of 19 students and 2 teachers, and the wounding of 21 others.

And the worst disaster ever at an educational institution was at Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg, Virginia on Aprl 16, 2007, when 32 people were killed and 17 others wounded, the worst ever on a college or university campus.

One would think these horrendous tragedies, and the fact that there are many smaller incidents of gun violence that students have to deal with, would finally lead to substantial gun regulation, as existed from 1994-2004, motivated by the support of President Ronald Reagan, who had been a victim of an assassination attempt, being seriously wounded on March 30, 1981.

But instead, the gun lobby has continued to have power over Republicans, who have prevented any further, substantial action on the threat that has caused so much harm and death over the decades!

25 Years Since Bush V Gore: What Might Have Been!

It has been exactly a quarter century since the US Supreme Court in Bush V Gore awarded the Presidency to George W. Bush over Al Gore, declaring Bush the winner of the popular vote in the state of Florida, governed by his brother, Jeb Bush, by the grand total of 537 votes out of 6 million votes cast in the Sunshine State, but with Gore winning the national popular vote by about 540,000 votes.

Bush won the Electoral College by 271-266, the second closest electoral vote in American history, after the Presidential Election of 1876, where Rutherford B. Hayes won the Electoral College 185-184, despite losing the popular vote by about 250,000 votes to Samuel Tilden.

Imagine the differences that would have occurred if Al Gore had been President, and most observers would think America would have been better off.

The major issue that arises is whether the September 11 Al Qaeda attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon would have occurred.

Also, how would a President Gore have reacted if such an attack had still taken place, meaning how would we have dealt with the issue of Afghanistan, and what turned out to be a 20 year war?

Also, there would have been an Iraq War which dragged on for years, alongside the Afghanistan War, since the decision to go to war in 2003 was based on false premises?

This is all speculation, a potential novel, as who is in office determines the future in so many ways that one cannot calculate ahead of time, or even for sure, in retrospect!

Likely Republican Governor Nominees In 2026 State Elections

As attention starts to be paid to the upcoming midterm Gubernatorial elections, the prospect of many states having new Republican governors brings a sense of foreboding.

Many likely Republican nominees, and in most cases, likely winners over Democrats, is enough to cause sadness.

These cases of what this blogger and author considers “disasters” includes:

Alabama–Tommy Tuberville, presently Senator, and former football coach

Arizona—Congressman Andy Biggs

Florida–Congressman Byron Donalds

Michigan—Congressman John James

Minnesota—lunatic and conspiracy theorist businessman Mike Lindell

New York–Congresswoman Elise Stefanik

Ohio—Corporate leader and entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy

South Carolina—Congresswoman Nancy Mace

Tennessee—Senator Marsha Blackburn

Additionally, there are incumbent Governors who are horrendous, including:

Arkansas—Sarah Huckabee Sanders

Texas—Greg Abbott

At this point, Republicans would be favored in 7 of these 11 states, with Democrats having the advantage in Arizona, Michigan, Minnesota, and New York.

Additionally, polls in Ohio indicate Amy Acton is gaining women’s support and those who believe in science, against Ramaswamy, so there is growing hope for Democrats to win the Governorship in that state.

And in Florida, former Republican Congressman turned Democrat David Jolly is also polling well, and has a decent chance to win over Donalds or any other potential Republican nominee, although it will be a difficult battle in the Sunshine State.

IF Democrats can indeed keep the Governorship in states that now have Democrats—Arizona, Michigan, Minnesota, and New York—and somehow gain Ohio and Florida, it would be a great midterm gubernatorial election triumph!

One can assume at this point, that the other five states–Alabama, Arkansas, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas–are lost causes for Democrats!

119th Congress So Far Most Unaccomplished Congress Since World War II!

The 119th Congress, in its first year, has accomplished the worst record of any Congress, since records were kept since World War II.

One cannot expect the next session to be any better, and many members of the House of Representatives are either announced retirements, or plan to announce such soon.

Some are going on to run for Governor of their state or the US Senate, but most are just leaving elective office, feeling there is little motivation to stay, and in many cases, facing threats perpetrated by Donald Trump and his government against them.

The statistics are shocking!

As of now, Congress has only passed into law 128 bills, the worst since the 104th Congress (1995-1997), which had 430 bills passed into law, and was also the first Republican controlled Congress in 40 years, part of the “Republican Revolution” under Newt Gingrich!

This reality makes it seems clear that the Republicans are on the road to major losses and repudiation in the Midterm Congressional Elections of 2026!
