Realignment Seems To Have Occurred, But It May Not Last Past Next Presidential Election!

The Democratic Party has received a heavy rebuke from voters, who once could be counted upon to remain in support of the party.

It is mind boggling that 46 percent of Latinos, 39 percent of Asian Americans, 20 percent of African Americans, and working class Whites abandoned the party that promoted civil rights and social justice reforms over the 90 years since Franklin D. Roosevelt and the New Deal in the 1930s.

But their “abandonment” is more centered around the key issue of the economy, the reality that the COVID 19 Pandemic created high inflation which finally, but belatedly, has been overcome in recent months.

Overall, the economy has done well, but since people think first about the issue of groceries, gas, and other costs that had been mounting, they decided to avoid dealing with the other issues so important out there, such as survival of democracy, abortion rights, and foreign policy concerns.

The inability of Joe Biden to deal with the problem of immigration at the border also was effectively used by Republicans, along with creating the false issue of transgender rights.

Donald Trump is not going to keep the support of the groups who voted for him, once they realize he is only concerned about corporations and the wealthy, and is on the road to another massive tax cut, adding trillions to the national debt, and imposing tariffs that will raise the cost of living for the people who decided to support him.

Donald Trump is assured to antagonize and alienate groups that will realize they have been taken advantage of, and as long as the Democratic Party comes up with new proposals and plans and have a dynamic primary season for the 2028 Presidential nomination, the party will be able to retrieve what they have lost!

Democrats Have Cleaned Up Republican Economic Messes Since 1953!

It is amazing how Republicans have lied incessantly for the past 70 years about the economy under Democratic Presidents, when it is such Democratic Presidents who have revived the economy after Republican Presidents managed to preside over economic recessions.

John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson presided over economic prosperity in the 1960s, after three recessions under Dwight D. Eisenhower.

Jimmy Carter presided over an economic recovery from the Recession of 1974-1975 under Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford, but sadly had to deal with another short lived, six months, recession in 1980, which was one of the factors, but not the most important, in his defeat, as the only Democratic President who had an economic decline since 1953.

Bill Clinton presided over an economic recovery from the recession under George H. W. Bush in the early 1990s, having a long period of economic prosperity.

Barack Obama presided over a long economic recovery from the Great Recession of 2008-2009 under George W. Bush, over 75 months from 2010-2017.

Joe Biden presided over revival of the American economy, from a great economic recession in office in 2020 under Donald Trump, a time of dramatic economic loss due to the Covid 19 Pandemic.

While there were moments of high inflation under Joe Biden due to the aftermath of the Pandemic, as with all Democratic Presidents, there was job growth, with most jobs created under them, and the percentage under Republican Presidents being very few under Presidents Eisenhower, Nixon, Ford, Reagan, and the Bushes, and a massive job loss under Donald Trump.

These are economic facts, no matter what Donald Trump and Republicans claim to be the truth!

Crazy: RFK Jr In Charge Of Health Care Under Trump?

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is a loose cannon, who has demonstrated basic psychological problems, and has embarrassed his siblings and other Kennedy family relatives by his outrageous behavior and utterances over the past few years.

Clearly, he is mentally unstable and dangerous if he was given power.

But now, RFK Jr. is telling us that Donald Trump, if elected, will put him in charge of the Health and Human Services cabinet agency, as well as the Food and Drug Administration, US Public Health Service, National Institutes of Health, Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and other related agencies.

RFK Jr is a threat to public health, who has gone on a rampage against vaccines; attacking the great Dr. Anthony Fauci, who served all Presidents from Ronald Reagan to Joe Biden; and his private life is a constant scandal of sexual impropriety, which together should eliminate him as a potential man of power under Donald Trump!

But Donald Trump has no ethics, morals, scruples himself, and is no role model for American domestically or on the world scene, so yet another reason of thousands to work to defeat Trump and put RFK Jr. back into obscurity, already repudiated by his own family members!

“The October Surprise” Is With Us! Final Projection On Electoral Vote Result On November 5!

“The October Surprise”, the argument that an event in October has influenced Presidential elections, has occurred again, and this time, it seems clear that it will destroy the Donald Trump campaign!

Not only the horrendous, despicable “joke” by comedian Tony Hinchcliffe about Puerto Ricans at the Madison Square Garden rally on Sunday, but many of the other speakers who ranted and raved against African Americans and Jews, and promoted a white supremacy America with their hatred, all created what will bring down Donald Trump a week from today!

Clearly, the Republican Party is advocating a white Christian supremacist party and future, and Americans who do not fit into that mold can clearly see the threats and the danger ahead.

So watch as this disaster, that did not have to be, but demonstrates what Donald Trump is all about, will lead to his defeat, and likely by a bigger margin than one might think!

This blogger is now going out on a limb that Kamala Harris will carry the states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Georgia and Nevada, and the second district of Nebraska, and will have 309 electoral votes to Trump’s 229 electoral votes. The only “swing state” Trump will win is Arizona!

And Harris will have a bigger popular vote margin than Joe Biden’s 7 million vote lead in 2020!

Kamala Harris Being Judged Differently Due To Race And Gender

This entry is being revised from the original entry, which accidentally was deleted by the author, for which I apologize. I will be brief in summarizing my ideas on this entry with the same title, and anyone who had commented on the original entry, I would ask to submit a similar comment, and again, my apologies for the blunder, which has never happened before today, and will not happen again!

John F. Kennedy (Catholic); Barack Obama (African American); and Hillary Clinton (female), all faced discrimination and bias due to their uniqueness as Presidential candidates in 1960, 2008, and 2016, respectively.

In the first two cases, the issue of Catholicism and of race were overcome, while Clinton, although winning the popular vote by 2.85 million, was unable to win the Electoral College.

Now, Kamala Harris who is the second woman to seek the Presidency and has Asian Indian and African-Jamaican heritage, is facing critics who are claiming she is unqualified on intelligence and on abilities and knowledge, to occupy the Oval Office.

Harris has had more government experience than most Presidents, more than all Presidents since 1900, except for Lyndon B. Johnson, Gerald Ford, and Joe Biden.

Harris is also much more intelligent than some Presidents, including Warren G. Harding, George W. Bush, and Donald Trump since 1900; and also more qualified to be President than some Vice Presidents who succeeded to the Oval Office, including Andrew Johnson and Calvin Coolidge.

So the negativism around Harris in some circles should be seen as not worthy of being considered, and hopefully, she will break the barrier as the first woman President in American history!

Why Kamala Harris Is Likely On The Road To Victory

Although the polls are very close in the Presidential Election race of 2024, all signs are good that Kamala Harris is likely on the road to occupying the Oval Office as the 47th President of the United States after the November 5 election date.

Harris is ahead in most polls in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona and Nevada, which if true, would give her a 287-251 Electoral College victory, also including the Second District in Nebraska.

There is no doubt that Harris will easily win the popular vote, and possibly by more than the 7 plus million vote victory of Joe Biden in 2020.

Additionally, Harris is ahead in the following categories:

Urban voters
Suburban voters
College Educated Voters
Women Voters
African American Voters
Latino Voters
Jewish Voters
Asian American Voters
Voters 18-29 Years of Age
Voters Over Age 50
Labor Union Voters
Gay And Lesbian Voters

Of course, being ahead does not mean that the percentages of each voter category are what they have been in the past, or that one would think they should be, so there is plenty of work ahead in the next 25 days to convince voters in all of the above categories to support Kamala Harris.

Donald Trump will have the edge with:

Non College Educated Voters
White Male Voters
Wealthy Voters
30-50 Years of Age Voters
Religious Voters

It is clear that there are still those Americans who have not made up their minds, so non stop campaigning is essential, as this election is crucial to the survival of American democracy, the rule of law, and maintaining the US Constitution!

Elon Musk, Tucker Carlson Both “Clear And Present Danger” To American Democracy

Not only is Donald Trump a threat to American democracy, the Constitution, and the rule of law, who now has been revealed to have had up to seven contacts with Vladimir Putin since he left the Presidency.

But also, billionaire Elon Musk and extremist right wing commentator Tucker Carlson have laughed at Elon Musk’s earlier statement that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have not been threatened as Donald Trump was by two assassination attempts, but further joked about the idea that it could happen to Harris!

This is freedom of speech gone amuck, and makes both Musk and Carlson “clear and present dangers”, who need to be warned that such statements are NOT freedom of speech, but threats to a Presidential candidate, and that prosecution by the Secret Service could be in the offing!

Public figures such as Musk and Carlson can have the potential to incite bloodshed and violence by their reckless oratory, and assassination is not something to laugh about!

They are not “normal” citizens, but rather public figures who can influence unstable people with the idea that it is legitimate to threaten Presidential candidates, so they need to be warned to stop such rhetoric immediately!

Trump’s Mental Instability And Deterioration Getting Worse Every Day!

Not enough attention has been paid to the rapid mental deterioration of Donald Trump that he demonstrates daily at his campaign rallies and in his statements on Truth Social.

When one compares his ranting and raving, and his massive exaggerations in all he says and publishes, it is clear he is not mentally stable to lead our nation and have control of the nuclear codes.

Many complained that Joe Biden was clearly in some decline mentally, but nothing as threatening and dangerous as Trump has presented to anyone who has any sense of wanting normality in behavior and public statements.

Trump would be a danger to everyone, and yet his wife and children seem oblivious to his mental state, and Republican office holders just ignore his behavior, as if it is normal.

The nation cannot survive four years of this maniacal behavior, so it is clear JD Vance would have greater power and authority than any Vice President has ever had.

But Vance himself has demonstrated that he is a liar, a chameleon, a person who is in league with right wing tech tycoons, who do not wish well for the vast variety of Americans.

A technology run dictatorship, with Peter Thiel, Elon Musk, and others is a horrifying thought, and it is urgent that the message get out that, as Liz Cheney and many other Republicans and conservatives who are not presently office holders have made clear, that it is extremely necessary for people who may not agree with Democratic nominee Kamala Harris on every issue, to see her as the only alternative to save American democracy, the Constitution, and the rule of law!

It has been two months since Kamala Harris began her Presidential race, having a late start, and many critics saying she was not being specific on policy, and not agreeing to interviews.

The idea that a new campaign could please all critics overnight was preposterous, and meanwhile, Kamala Harris’s public opinion rating has improved by 16 points in two months, the most since George W. Bush after September 11, 2001!

Harris has been very busy and committed, and has come across as a charming, knowledgeable, intelligent, and very likeable woman, who is surging ahead in polls against Republican nominee Donald Trump, after being ridiculed and underrated by those who thought she should not be the Democratic nominee.

The fact that Harris stayed in the background as Vice President was misunderstood, as no Vice President would be so bold as to try to draw attention away from the President who they serve.

Harris was involved in all policy making and shares the successes of President Joe Biden, and now she has been interviewed on MSNBC by Stephanie Ruhle, a very impressive performance with precise details on her economic plans, and making clear how she is a great alternative to the flailing and incoherent Donald Trump.

Harris has hit a homerun, and anyone who avoids being prejudiced against her because she is a woman and of mixed race Black and Asian Indian ancestry, would have to accept that Harris has proved her mettle, and that she is well qualified for the Oval Office, and will save the nation from the Fascist demagoguery of Donald Trump!
