Donald Trump Spends All His Time On His “Election Conspiracy”, Rather Than The COVID 19 Pandemic

It has been 4 weeks tomorrow since the Presidential Election of 2020, and 23 days since the announcement that Joe Biden had clinched the Electoral College over Donald Trump.

But all that Donald Trump deals with spending his time on is his “Election Conspiracy”, which has no validity, and is dividing the nation, undermining Joe Biden’s efforts to unite the nation.

Trump ignores the COVID 19 Pandemic, which in itself, must make any sensible, logical, and intelligent person to be relieved that he did not win the election.

With 51 days to go, it cannot be soon enough to have Donald Trump out of the White House!

Joe Biden Needs To Use Executive Orders Vigorously To Overcome Stalemate In Congress

Executive Orders have been part of American government, and often are controversial.

It is clear that President Elect Joe Biden will use this authority extensively to backtrack and reverse many of the Executive Orders put forth by outgoing President Donald Trump.

This use of executive orders has been escalating in recent years as Congress has become more difficult and intransigent, forcing Presidents to take action, which sometimes is challenged in the Courts, but often is not successful in negating what Presidents have initiated.

It seems clear that Biden is likely to use executive orders on such matters as

Climate Change
Covid 19 Pandemic
Racial Injustice
Economic Depression
Health Care Reform
Immigration Reform

There will be opposition, but Joe Biden has done better in popular vote support than when Harry Truman, John F. Kennedy, Richard Nixon, Jimmy Carter, and George W. Bush were elected, and these are crisis times, which calls for strong leadership by the 46th President!

Joe Biden Victory Looking More Impressive As Vote Count Has Reached 99 Percent!

Joe Biden’s victory over Donald Trump in the Presidential Election of 2020 looks more impressive by the day, and now, 99 percent of the vote is in, and Biden has 80.1 million votes to Trump’s 73.9 million votes, so a lead in popular votes of 6.2 million!

Assuming the same division of votes in the remaining one percent not yet tabulated, the final vote should be 80.9 million votes for Biden, and 74.6 million votes for Trump, a margin of 6.3 million votes.

This is nearly two and a half times the popular vote lead of 2.85 million that Hillary Clinton had over Donald Trump in 2016, and it makes Trump on the losing side of the popular vote in the two elections by a total of 9.1 million!

So Trump in the popular vote was twice a massive loser, with George W. Bush the loser in 2000 by 540,000; Rutherford Hayes in 1876 the loser by about 250,000; Benjamin Harrison the loser in 1888 by about 90,000; and John Quincy Adams the loser in 1824 by about 38,000.

And Joe Biden won the Sun Belt states of Arizona and Georgia, and retook the Midwest states that Hillary Clinton lost by small margins in 2016—Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin!

When Donald Trump won in 2016, he declared it a landslide with 306-232 in the Electoral College, but now that Joe Biden has accomplished the same electoral vote by taking five states from Biden, suddenly it is sore loser behavior, very infantile, on the part of Donald Trump, but the plans for the inauguration and setting up of the government over the next 53 days will continue to move forward!

Trump may never concede, but it does not matter, and only makes him look terrible in the eyes of history. And he may not show up at the Inauguration, which only John Adams in 1801, John Quincy Adams in 1829, and Andrew Johnson in 1869 failed to do!

And let us be honest, who cares if Trump shows up or acts civil, since that is NOT his nature, and his presence would actually besmirch the festivities, as we finally have dignity, decency, competence, knowledge, compassion and empathy back in the White House, which is sorely needed after the nightmare disaster of the corrupt Trump regime!

Two Georgia Senate Seats Crucial For Joe Biden Presidency

The future of the Joe Biden Presidency will hang in the balance, based on the runoff races for the two Georgia Senate seats, to be held on Tuesday, January 5.

Both Republican incumbents, one elected (David Perdue), and one appointed (Kelly Loeffler) have ethics violations in their stock dealings in the early days of the COVID 19 Pandemic, and both are miserable wretches, corrupt to the core, and they do not truly represent the interests of Georgia!

Instead, we have the Reverend Raphael Warnock, the pastor of the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta since 2005, the former home of Martin Luther King, Jr, running against Loeffler, and having been first in the November elections, but not having a majority of all votes in that election.

And we have Jon Ossoff, who would be the youngest Senator at 33 if he were to win the seat of David Perdue, who displayed antisemitic attitudes toward Ossoff, who is Jewish, and who also made fun of Kamala Harris’s first name, seen as a racist act.

If both seats are won by the Democratic candidates, the Senate will be 50-50 and Kamala Harris would organize the Senate, and make Chuck Schumer the Senate Majority Leader, instead of the despicable Mitch McConnell.

This will be very important for the Biden Presidency and its agenda, so lots of effort and funding is going into this massive commitment to try and win both seats!

On Thanksgiving Day, An Estimated 26 Million Are Going Hungry And Facing Eviction

As the nation goes through the toughest situation on Thanksgiving Day since the Kennedy Assassination in 1963, an estimated 26 million Americans are going hungry and facing eviction from their homes.

This is the ultimate legacy of the Trump Presidency, at a time when 2,200 Americans died in 24 hours from the COVID 19 Pandemic, and when front line workers, both medical and others, are working harder than ever, with many of them falling fatally ill from the disease.

We have to look forward to a better Thanksgiving 2021, when the vaccine will have inoculated a majority of the American people; when the economy will have started to return to normal; and with a President and Vice President who will have put the American people ahead of their own greed and egotism, in their roles as the 46th President and 49th Vice President of the United States!

God bless Joe Biden and Kamala Harris!

America Is Returning To Its Values: Open To Immigrants; Believing In Science; Pursuing Allied Diplomacy

As President Elect Joe Biden introduced his first Cabinet advisors in a press conference yesterday, it was clear that America is returning to its long held values that made it great, and a model for the world.

This is a nation of immigrants, and not just for the most successful and accomplished, but a place for people to escape to from oppression and denial of rights, and then to be successful and to accomplish, totally opposite the nativism pursued by Donald Trump and his corrupt administration!

This is a nation that believes in science, not in fake or out of date science, and is out to promote health and safety of all of its population. Donald Trump and his corrupt administration ignored and rejected science, and promoted a death cult that believes in herd immunity in the midst of a pandemic, a crime that should be pursued against those quack scientists and doctors who preach it!

This is a nation that has a role of world leadership, and cannot reject that role, and is returning to pursuit of allied diplomacy with peace loving and freedom loving nations against authoritarian governments of the Left and the Right around the world. Joe Biden will deal with authoritarians in a proper fashion, not embrace their pursuit of denial of civil liberties and human rights, as Donald Trump and his corrupt administration has done, to the disgrace of the American image in the past four years!

Joe Biden is a refreshing reminder of what made America great, and we must all wish him success in his mission of wiping out the cancer of Donald Trump, which must also include total pursuit of criminal charges against him, his family, his Cabinet members and other advisors, who committed horrible sins and actions against vulnerable people in the name of profit, greed, selfishness, egotism, narcissism, and total lack of concern for those less fortunate among us!

Joe Biden Finally Able To Move Ahead And To Select A Talented Team Of Cabinet Advisors

Joe Biden has hit the ground running, officially selecting today a group of seven talent Cabinet advisors to cope with foreign policy, economic policy, homeland security and intelligence matters, and with the crisis of climate change.

Anthony Blinken will be Secretary of State; Janet Yellen will be Secretary of the Treasury; Alejandro Mayorkas will be Secretary of Homeland Security; Linda Thomas-Greenfield will be US Ambassador to the United Nations; Avril Haines will be Director of National Intelligence; Jake Sullivan will be National Security Adviser; and former Senator, 2004 Democratic Presidential nominee, and Obama Secretary of State in the second term John Kerry as Climate Czar to deal with the climate change crisis.

These are all experienced in their fields, and have worked in the government for decades, and they are all decent, honorable people who wish to do a job to promote recovery of the nation from the multiple crises it faces as Joe Biden gets ready to take the oath of office as the 46th President of the United States.

The group includes three women; a Cuban immigrant; an African American woman; two Jews; and age wise, they range from the 40s to the late 70s.

Any decent person can feel a sense of satisfaction already, and there are still many other appointments to come!

Poorest States Never Get The Message, Still Vote Republican Despite Lack Of Action On Poverty

The ten poorest states in America are all in the South and Border South, with the one exception of New Mexico, which is the only one of those ten states which votes Democratic.

Despite their poverty, with large numbers of poor whites, these states continue to vote Republican, and have among the most incompetent and uncaring state governments and political leaders.

Why these states’ voters do not get the message that voting Republican insures no action is taken on their poverty situations is clearly due to their lack of education and awareness of reality.

These ten states, in order of poverty are:

Mississippi
New Mexico
Louisiana
West Virginia
Alabama
Kentucky
South Carolina
Arkansas
Tennessee
North Carolina

Lyndon B. Johnson’s War on Poverty in the 1960s was a beginning, but not followed through on under later Republican Presidents, including Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, and Donald Trump in particular.

When Democrats Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama attempted to move forward, Republican intransigence prevented much progress, and this issue remains one that needs to be addressed by Joe Biden, although with the Republicans potentially controlling the Senate, and with a smaller Democratic margin in the House of Representatives, it will be very difficult to do so.

Two Weeks After Joe Biden Victory, Only A Small Number Of Republicans Have Acknowledged Reality

Two weeks after President Elect Joe Biden’s victory, only a small number of Republicans have acknowledged reality, and congratulated Biden in a proper manner.

The list includes:

Senator Mitt Romney of Utah
Senator Ben Sasse of Nebraska
Senator Susan Collins of Maine
Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska
Senator Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania
Senator Marco Rubio of Florida
Senator John Cornyn of Texas
Senator Kevin Cramer of North Dakota
Senator Mike Rounds of South Dakota
Senator Jim Risch of Idaho
Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa
Governor Larry Hogan of Maryland
Governor Charlie Baker of Massachusetts
Governor Phil Scott of Vermont
Governor Mike DeWine of Ohio
Governor Asa Hutchinson of Arkansas
Governor Gary Herbert of Utah
Governor Kay Ivey of Alabama
Governor Chris Sununu of New Hampshire
Congresswoman Liz Cheney of Wyoming
Congressman Fred Upton of Michigan
Congressman Adam Kinzinger of Illinois
Congressman Tom Reed of New York
Congressman Will Hurd of Texas
Congressman Paul Mitchell of Michigan
Congressman Don Young of Alaska
Congressman Francis Rooney of Florida
Congressman Don Bacon of Nebraska
Congressman Fred Keller of Pennsylvania
Congressman John Curtis of Utah
Congressman Peter King of New York
Former Governor John Kasich of Ohio
Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice
Former President George W. Bush
Former Governor Jeb Bush of Florida
Former Vice President Dan Quayle
Former Senator Bob Corker of Tennessee
Former Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist of Tennessee
Incoming Governor Spencer Cox of Utah
Former Bush Strategist Karl Rove
Former White House Chief of Staff John Kelly
Former Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats
Former National Security Adviser John Bolton
Former Republican Presidential Contender Carly Fiorina
Pro Trump Pastor Robert Jeffress

Also, many other former Republican officeholders, and people who worked in the John McCain and Mitt Romney campaigns, and the George W. Bush, George H. W. Bush, and even the Ronald Reagan Administrations had come out against Donald Trump during the campaign, and they all accept Joe Biden’s victory and wish him well, and support the transition moving forward expeditiously!

Demographic Changes Dooming The Republican Party Future

The Republican Party has lost the popular vote in seven of the last eight Presidential elections, ever since 1992, except for 2004.

The suburbs, and particularly suburban women, are leaving the Republican Party in droves, and racial minorities are increasing rapidly as part of the voting population, despite attempts to suppress it.

At the rate the situation is changing, once Texas goes to the Democrats in the race for the White House, likely in 2024, but certainly in 2028, the Republican Party will never be able to win the Presidency again without changing their views.

The Republican Party must stop its anti immigrant and racist and misogynist policies, as white male America, much of it rural in nature and non college educated, is not the future of the nation.

So demography, along with education affecting the future, rapidly changing before our eyes, America will never be what it was a half century or more ago!
