Proposed White House Ballroom

In Many Ways, Trump’s “Lame Duck” Presidency Has Arrived!

Donald Trump’s Presidency is clearly in “free fall”, with his unstable behavior and his inability to realize how he has alienated many of his own 2024 supporters, leading to dramatic collapses in public opinion ratings, due to his Iran War and hyperinflation occurring.

So it can be said that, in many ways, he has entered his “lame duck” period as he reaches the age of 80 on Sunday.

Trump has lost support from his own party, after helping to defeat Louisiana Senator Bill Cassidy, Texas Senator John Cornyn, Kentucky Congressman Thomas Massie, and South Carolina Congresswoman Nancy Mace in primaries.

Trump has lost support on the outrageous “anti weaponization” fund for January 6 Insurrectionists; the proposed White House Ballroom; the proposed Freedom 250 concert series; Trump’s name on the Kennedy Center; the proposed 250 foot Triumphal Arch; and clearcut opposition growing toward Todd Blanche being nominated to be Attorney General, among many other issues.

Congressional Republicans’ Support Of Trump Splintering

The sycophancy of Congressional Republicans, particularly Senate Republicans, toward Donald Trump is showing signs of splintering on a number of matters, further endangering the party as the Midterm Elections of 2026 come upon us in a little over five months.

Trump’s insistence of total loyalty of party members is wearing thin, as he alienated many by working against the renomination of Louisiana Senator Bill Cassidy; endorsed Ken Paxton over Senator John Cornyn for the Texas Senate nomination that will be decided next week; and most divisive, his plan to set up a 1.776 Billion Compensation Fund, also termed the “Anti Weaponization Fund”, for so called victims of government “mistreatment”, including the January 6, 2021 US Capitol Insurrectionists, who went to prison for their crimes, before being pardoned by Trump on Day One of his second term.

The willingness of many Republican Senators to be openly critical of the idea of paying insurrectionists and convicted criminals compensation, often in the millions of dollars, was made evident after a tumultuous two hour meeting with Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche. Among those who were outraged were Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski, Maine Senator Susan Collins, Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell, North Carolina, Senator Thom Tillis, Louisiana Senator Bill Cassidy, and Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson.

But also there are opponents of the proposed White House Ballroom; the proposed Triumphal Arch; and other spending on vanity projects that Trump has promoted.

With Trump’s public approval ratings reaching an all time low, and with the Iran War continuing without any end in sight, and the abuses of ICE and other government agencies and the horrors of so many Trump government officials, we are finally seeing a disintegration of party support for Trump.

The question is however how far will the revolt against Trump develop over the next months until November, and beyond.

Trump Suffers Multiple Legal Losses, As He Fires Pam Bondi!

Donald Trump has been having a rough period lately, more than usual.

He has just fired Attorney General Pam Bondi, after firing Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, and with rumors that Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard may be on the chopping block.

So Trump seems to be setting out to eliminate top women surrounding him, even though they have done what he has made his goals, which remain highly unpopular.

On top of that, Trump has suffered multiple legal losses, including:

Halting of construction for now on the proposed White House Ballroom

Preventing of ending all funding for NPR and PBS

Allowed lawsuit against Department of Health and Human Services for closing Freedom of Information Act offices

Rejection of Trump’s claim of Presidential immunity for responsibility of the January 6, 2021 US Capitol Insurrection, allowing a lawsuit from Democrats and police officers to proceed, which may require Trump at some point testifying under oath as to his words and actions, since they could be considered “campaign activity” not covered by Presidential actions.

And now, Iran has managed to shoot down an American F 15 Fighter Jet, which just escalates the war, as the search for one of the pilots continues in hostile territory.

It is clear that Donald Trump’s Presidency is facing major crises, and Trump just acts more irrational and unstable on a daily basis, a very dangerous situation!

Glorification Of Donald Trump Must Be Resisted Now, And Reversed After He Leaves Office!

The destruction of the Rose Garden at the White House.

The elimination of the East Wing of the White House, and the plan for a White House Ballroom (90,000 Square Feet addition) larger than the remainder of the White House (55,000 Square Feet).

The renaming of the Kennedy Center as the Trump-Kennedy Center, and plans to shut it down for renovations for two years.

The plans for the creation of a Triumphal 250 foot high Arch, which would dwarf the Lincoln Memorial (100 feet) and the White House (70 feet), and likely be named after Donald Trump.

These radical changes are being perpetrated by a power hungry, aggrandizing President, who is out to destroy for his own personal ego.

The damage already done must be reversed after Donald Trump leaves office, leading to restoration of the White House to the historical building that existed before 2025, and the Kennedy Center to its original status.

Legal action must be taken against the building of a massive Arch, which is just to glorify Trump, but would destroy the traditional Washington DC that Americans know and love!
