Donald Trump Trial Proof Of Rule Of Law Applies To Everyone!

The first criminal trial of Donald Trump has begun, and while there is no way to know what the outcome will be in the next couple of months, one thing stands out!

Donald Trump is being held accountable under the Constitution and the rule of law, despite his wealth and his stature as a former President of the United States!

For the first time in his life, he is under restrictions, including being in the courtroom daily whether he wishes to or not!

It seems clear that his public opinion ratings are not going to rise, as a result of his being held accountable in a court of law!

Donald Trump Rhetoric Increases: Danger To Public Safety!

Donald Trump’s rhetoric has ratched up dramatically, increasingly a danger to public safety.

He has promised revenge if he is restored to the Oval Office, and he has called for the execution of former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley, and has said he wants to go after NBC and MSNBC and destroy their ability to report the truth and the facts.

His call for death and destruction of a free news media, on top of threats and denunciation of the judges, prosecutors, potential witnesses, and potential jurors in the four upcoming trials he faces, has created a great danger of bloodshed and violence.

The answer is to incarcerate him before and during trial, and prevent him from being on the ballot for President in any state, by use of the 14th Amendment Section 3, the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871, and or the intervention of state Secretaries of State who control who is eligible to be on the ballot in state and local elections!

The Mental Deterioration Of Donald Trump

Anyone who is normal can clearly see that Donald Trump is deteriorating mentally before America, everytime he writes on Truth Social, or gives a speech or an interview.

He is clearly delusional and paranoid, and continues to lie at a rate unmatched in American history by any American political leader.

He talks about Barack Obama as if he ran against him in 2016, and he says Joe Biden is about to take America into World War TWO, which occurred EIGHTY years ago, while he probably meant World War III!

Trump remains so self assured that he does not listen to or follow advice or counsel from his attorneys, and this will harm him in the upcoming trials he faces.

The thought that such a menace to civil order and common decency might be given the power to run again, and promise revenge on his “enemies” is horrifying, and further destroys the image of the Republican Party, which is clearly on its last legs, based on the craziness and lunacy not only of Donald Trump, but a large portion of the party leadership!

The Trial Of The Century Awaits Us In Georgia And Washington DC!

With the likely televising of the Georgia Trial of Donald Trump, and possibly the same for the Washington DC federal trial as well, there is no question that we are awaiting the “Trial of the Century”.

In the 20th century, we had a number of so called “Trials of the Century”, including:

The Leopold-Loeb Murder Trial of 1924

The Scopes Evolution Trial of 1925

The Lindbergh Kidnapping Trial of 1935

The Julius and Ethel Rosenberg Espionage Trial of 1951

The O J Simpson Murder Trial of 1994-1995

Only the last one was covered by television, but only the Rosenberg Trial had anywhere near the same impact that the Donald Trump Trials will have!

The Most Historic Turning Point Trial For American Democracy’s Survival!

American democracy’s survival is the crucial point for all Americans to understand, as Donald Trump, now indicted for the third time, in the most crucial of all cases, will face justice sometime in 2024.

If he fails to be convicted, it will mean that the concept of the rule of law has been destroyed, and it will cause the death of the American experiment two years short of its 250th anniversary in 2026!

If Donald Trump gets away with the abuse of power, what can stop either him or a future authoritarian tyrant from doing it again, and leading to violence, bloodshed, and potential civil war?

America’s place in the world will be compromised if Donald Trump is not convicted, and it will embolden Russia, China, North Korea and Iran to exploit the result, and destroy NATO and our other alliances around the world!

This upcoming trial is one of the crucial moments in American history, alongside the Civil War; the Great Depression; entrance into World War II; the Cuban Missile Crisis; and the September 11 attacks!

Those who continue to defend Donald Trump will go down as villains in American history, their reputations besmirched for a man who has no concerns except for himself!
