Trump And Appeasement Of Russia

Donald Trump And Vladimir Putin: The New Appeasement As In 1938 Neville Chamberlain And Adolf Hitler!

It is shocking to witness Donald Trump making agreements for diesel fuel oil with a known war criminal, who has been attempting for four and a half years to seize Ukraine, and is responsible for mass death and destruction.

The “love affair” that Trump has with Vladimir Putin, and also the leaders of China and North Korea, are a danger to American national security and has alienated all of our NATO and Asian allies, in a manner that would be difficult to reverse anytime in the near future.

For Trump to blame Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of the cause of the war is purely insane, as if the United States, if attacked, would not continue to do everything possible to regain lost territory and to defeat the aggressor.

History reminds that appeasement with an enemy does not resolve a war situation, and only persistent dedication to the cause of freedom, liberty, democracy, and national identity works in the long run of history.

This is a time to remind all readers and all sane Americans of what happened when British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain conceded part of Czecholovakia (The Sudetenland), at the Munich Conference of 1938 to Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler. It was shameful, and led to World War II less than a year later.

One does not give in to an aggressor, and reward brutality and mass murder and destruction, rather persist in fighing such an authoritarian nation, which the Russian Federation is as much as the old Soviet Union, China, North Korea, and in the past, such nations as Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy.

It is unconscionable, immoral, unethical, and outrageous that ignorant Donald Trump, apparently not knowing history, or not caring, is willing to sacrifice a democratic nation in his quest for approval from dangerous, psychopathic tyrants.

The world is shocked by Trump’s action, and many in his own Republican Party have condemned this diesel fuel agreement, and called for its reversal, which, sadly, is unlikely to occur.

All the more reason why Democrats MUST win massive majorities in both houses of Congress for the future safety of the United States, and to take all action possible to resist Trump, and investigate the corruption of his Administration, to the maximum possible over the next two years.

Then, the Democrats must keep control of Congress and win the Presidency in 2028, and work to reverse, as much as possible, the horrendous actions of the most corrupt and dangerous President in American history, bar none.

Trump An Appeaser Of Russia Openly, Willing To Sacrifice Ukraine, Sending Dangerous Message That Can Also Affect Taiwan’s Future!

It is well known that Donald Trump has an affinity for dictators, particularly Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation.

A Senate committee headed by Marco Rubio stated in 2019 that Russia had intervened in the Presidential Election of 2016 to favor Trump over Hillary Clinton.

Trump has denied this, but now he is pressuring Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine, which has been fighting a brutal war of survival against Russia for nearly four years now, to give up part of their territory and other concessions to Russia, giving a deadline of Thanksgiving.

In the middle of this mess, Rubio, now Secretary of State, is caught in turmoil, and seems confused as to what is going on, as he has a long history of being hardline toward Russia and other autocracies!

Donald Trump has no problem becoming the new Neville Chamberlain of Great Britain, who conceded Czechoslovakia to Adolf Hitler and Nazi Germany in 1938, which did not prevent the coming of World War II.

What Trump is perpetrating is a threat to NATO and, specifically, to Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania, all part of the old Soviet Union before 1989, and also to Poland.

Trump’s conceding to Putin is also a warning to Taiwan, with the growing threat that mainland China claims it will take over that island, as in their view, it is part of their nation, rather than an independent nation, as it has been since 1949.

THe lessons of history are being ignored, that giving in to authoritarians never works out well for democracies, particularly when there are unreliable allies.
