The War On Science, Health, Education, Public Safety Is Pure Insanity!

After four months of the Trump Second Term Presidency, it is alarming the extent of the war on science, health, education, and public safety, clearly pure insanity!

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, has undermined confidence in the ability of the federal government to deal with the realities of science, and with the health needs of 330 million Americans.

The attack on vaccines, and the admitted lack of knowledge of the lunatic, RFK Jr, who admits he should not be paid attention to, and yet is making extreme policy changes, is a danger to all Americans, when and if there is a future health crisis, which likely would be greater than the COVID Pandemic.

Research in the Sciences and Medicine fields is being cut, and many talented scientists and doctors are being forced out of their careers, undermining the future of all Americans.

The war on education, particularly on higher education, is interfering with the search for knowledge, facts, and truth, in a whole host of fields of study. Cultural institutions, most notably but not only, the Library of Congress, are under attack, as well.

American Public Safety is also threatened by cuts in the National Weather Service, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, among other agencies.

America is in unparalleled crisis, in many ways more than since the Civil War, and no easy alternative at this time!

The First Hundred Days Of Trump Second Term More Revolutionary Than FDR!

The First Hundred Days of Donald Trump, Second Term, is coming up on Wednesday, April 30.

The nation and the world have seen the most revolutionary, radical set of actions and statements by Donald Trump that the nation has ever witnessed.

One would have thought that Franklin D. Roosevelt’s First Hundred Days of the “New Deal” from March 4, 1933 to mid June 1933 would be a marker that would never be matched.

But Donald Trump has far surpassed the impact of FDR, and in many ways, trying to wipe out most of the last century and more of the federal regulatory state and the leadership of the democratic world in international relations.

Trump has demonstrated that Presidential power is way out of line, a growing problem since FDR onward, but with most occupants of the White House having good intentions in their assertion of power, unlike Trump.

The massive use of executive orders, 137 so far, an all time record for such a short time as President;

the threats and actions against universities, law firms, cultural institutions, corporations, state governments;

the bypassing of judicial interventions;

the Republican party in Congress refusing to assert their authority;

the growing dictatorial attitude of Trump appointees inside and outside the Cabinet;

the repudiation of our traditional alliances in world affairs;

the dangerous flirtation with protective tariffs that undermines the American economy;

the clearcut corruption and grift being conducted in clear vision;

and so much more not listed here,

all have created a whirlwind of chaos and anarchy that affects all Americans in deleterious ways!

Donald Trump’s Promotion Of Return Of Racial Segregation!

It is unfathomable how Donald Trump, 70 years after the unanimous Brown V Board of Education Supreme Court decision (1954) outlawed racial segregation, which promoted the Civil Rights Movement and transformed the nation, is working earnestly to reverse all of that progress, and promote the return of segregation.

In the 1960s, Alabama Governor George Wallace became a threat as a third party nominee with the same aim as Donald Trump, but he could not win the Presidency, thank goodness.

But now Trump is going full scale ahead to wipe out all of the racial progress, advocating discrimination returning as official policy, thrilling white supremacists, Ku Klux Klan and American Nazi Party supporters.

Trump is going beyond just race, but also gender, wishing to set back the vast progress of women in American life since the 1960s.

Trump has, by an extensive number of executive orders, promoted all end of DEI initiatives at all levels, including higher education institutions, corporations, federal government agencies, and cultural institutions, including the Smithsonian Institution museums in Washington DC and across the nation.

Trump is working to destroy all civil rights litigation, and causing growing fear that police and law enforcement will return to the era of abuse toward racial and ethnic minorities.

All references to notable African Americans, Latinos, native Americans, women, and gay, lesbian and transgender people are being scrubbed from government websites.

And Trump is trying to totally close down the Department of Education created under President Jimmy Carter in 1979, to promote equal educational opportunity and funding for low income and marginalized students.

His aim is to promote White Male Supremacy and dominance, what people who would agree with him would consider “The Good Old Days” before the 1950s and since!

All decent, fairminded people must work to resist and overcome this clearcut racism, nativism, and misogyny of Donald Trump!
