Donald Trump Has Committed Treason, And Has Taken Mike Pence, William Barr, Mike Pompeo, Mick Mulvaney, And Rudy Giuliani Down With Him

The Ukraine Scandal is rapidly becoming the most significant scandal since Watergate under Richard Nixon 45 years ago.

It is clear that Donald Trump has committed treason by openly trying to engage the Ukraine government in exposing supposed scandals involving former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden, in exchange for military aid to Ukraine in its struggle with Russia and Vladimir Putin.

And Trump has thrown Vice President Mike Pence, Attorney General William Barr, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney, and his personal attorney, former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani under the bus, implicating all of them in his actions involving Ukraine.

Trump wants the whistleblower in this scandal treated as a spy committing treason, and being executed.

In reality, Donald Trump is again projecting the situation, as it is he who has committed treason, and should be given the death penalty.

As it is, this situation has led to a majority of Democrats in the House of Representatives supportive of impeachment, and it is clear that will happen in the next few months, but with a decision to be made how broad or narrow such an impeachment resolution should be.

Section 3 of Article 3 of the US Constitution defines treason as follows: “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.”

Exactly HOW has Trump committed “treason” by “openly trying to engage the Ukraine government in exposing supposed scandals involving former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden, in exchange for military aid to Ukraine in its struggle with Russia and Vladimir Putin”?

How is this “levying war against the United States”, and to which Enemies is Trump “adhering” or giving “Aid and Comfort”? Russia?

If Trump is waging war against the United States, what did Obama and Cheney/Bush the Lesser do? Or all the neo-conservative/neo-“liberal” corporate Democrats who went right along with the AUMF, the USA PATRIOT Act, Saddam’s WMDs, ramping up of mass, warrantless surveillance, and all the other Acts of War perpetrated by Swampland against America?

And if Trump is guilty of treason and should be executed, what does that make Snowden?

D, you love Jimmy Dore and his crowd, but I do not, but you are welcome to put his show on this website. I consider him not to be trusted or believed, sorry to say!

I do appreciate your contributions, however, so keep them coming!

Jeffrey, I do NOT advocate the death penalty for Trump, far from it, but I do feel he is a traitor to America!

We will continue to agree to disagree, and I thank you for contributing your perspective!

Well, Doctor; i’m not sure what we are agreeing to disagree about.
But if Y’All are to have any hope of getting an impeachment ~ let alone a conviction ~ You are going to need a better crime than “Treason,” at least as defined by the Constitution. And You’re going to have to clarify exactly what You mean by “traitor.”

And sorry. When You wrote “In reality, Donald Trump is again projecting the situation, as it is he who has committed treason, and should be given the death penalty,” i thought that that was what You were advocating.

So if he is convicted, besides being removed from office, what other punishment should he face besides execution?

Jeffrey, I was angry at Trump suggesting that the whistleblower be given a penalty as a traitor and spy, as in the past, which means the death penalty, as I consider the whistle blower a hero.

Actually, though, only the Rosenbergs were ever executed as spies, with all other spies having life without parole.

Therefore, I asserted that if anyone deserves the death penalty, it is Trump, but I fully realize that would never happen in reality.

I expect that Trump would be pardoned by Mike Pence, as Richard Nixon was by Gerald Ford.

Doctor: All that Trump did was demonstrate his ignorance of the Constitution and Treason.

What he may also have done is prejudice any trial the Whistleblower may face; altho it’s hard to imagine a trial actually happening. Altho with this DOJ, one never knows..

My question is: Is the NYT’s revelation about the identity of the Whistleblower ~ an agent of this nation’s intelligence service ~ giving aid and comfort to “the Enemy,” whoever that might be?

Jeffrey, I have no idea, as this whole situation is, in many ways, unprecedented!

I hope the whistleblower is protected!
